Scheduling Policy

Please read the Booking Guidelines & Scheduling Policy before booking. This is important, as they include information about appointment lengths, scheduling requirements, travel fees, add-ons, deposits, and other service policies.

To ensure the best service and allow enough time for communication and scheduling, please book your appointment at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible.

When booking, please:

·Select the service(s) you'd like

·A 2-hour minimum is required for all appointments

·Most Deep Kleans require additional time depending on the size and condition of the home

·Include your address in the appointment notes

·Add details about your Kleaning needs

·Contact me before booking so I can make sure enough time is reserved and prevent scheduling overlaps

If you need a same-day appointment, the following scheduling fee applies:

·Same-day squeeze-in appointments: +$50 additional fee (subject to availability)

All scheduling fees are in addition to the regular Kleaning service rate.

These fees allow me to adjust my schedule, accommodate last-minute requests, communicate effectively with clients, and reserve the appropriate amount of time for your Kleaning without affecting other scheduled appointments.

Appointments are subject to availability, and requesting a preferred date or time does not guarantee availability until confirmed.

Booking Guidelines

A 2-hour minimum is required for all Kleaning appointments.

·Standard Klean: A 2-hour minimum applies. This service is ideal for regular upkeep and keeps your home consistently fresh.

·Deep Klean: A 2-hour minimum also applies; however, most deep Kleans take approximately 4–8 hours or more, depending on the size and condition of the home. Please keep this in mind when selecting your appointment length to ensure enough time to complete the service.

·Move-In / Move-Out Klean: A 2-hour minimum applies; most move-in and move-out Kleans take 4–10 hours or more, depending on the size and condition of the home. These are detailed turn-over Kleans built to pass landlord, inspection, and new-tenant standards.

Please contact me before booking your appointment. This allows me to discuss your Kleaning needs, make sure you're selecting the correct service, and determine how much time should be reserved. I also use this time to block off additional availability if needed, helping prevent scheduling overlaps and ensuring your appointment doesn't run into another client's scheduled time.

If you're unsure how much time to book, feel free to contact me before scheduling, and I'll be happy to help you choose the appropriate appointment length.

Booking Deposit

A nonrefundable $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit goes toward your total booking balance. If you cancel on the date of your scheduled appointment, you forfeit the deposit and must send another $30 deposit to book your next appointment.

Deposits must be received within 24 hours of booking. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, your appointment will be canceled.

For appointments more than 25 miles from our location, there is a $1.00 per mile travel fee.

Standard Klean

A Standard Klean is our luxury maintenance service — perfect for recurring visits or a one-time refresh.

What's included:

·Dusting all surfaces

·Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors

·Counters, tables and shelves wiped down

·Mirrors and glass surfaces Kleaned

·Trash bins emptied

·Bathrooms sanitized (toilets, sinks, counters)

·Kitchen counters, exterior of appliances and sinks Kleaned

·2-Kleaner team, every visit

Deep Klean

A Deep Klean includes everything in the Standard Klean, plus extra attention to detail and buildup removal.

Additional Deep Klean services:

·Hand wipe baseboards

·Klean doors and door frames

·Dust ceiling fans

·Dust air vents

·Klean window sills and window tracks (accessible)

·Dust blinds

·Wipe cabinet fronts in detail

·Klean inside microwave

·Detailed Kleaning behind and around toilets

·Remove soap scum and hard water buildup

·Detail light fixtures (accessible)

·Dust reachable corners and remove cobwebs

·Extra attention to high-touch areas

·More detailed vacuuming and mopping, including edges

Deep Klean is Recommended For

·First-time clients

·Homes that haven't been professionally Kleaned in a while

·Move-in or move-out services

·Seasonal or spring Kleaning

·Homes with pets, children, or heavy buildup

Move-In / Move-Out Klean

A Move-In / Move-Out Klean is a detailed top-to-bottom turnover designed for landlords, inspections, new tenants, and empty or nearly empty homes.

What's included:

·Deep kitchen Klean (inside and outside appliances, cabinets)

·Full bathroom sanitation (tubs, showers, tile and grout)

·Baseboards, doors, vents and light fixtures Kleaned

·Walls, window sills and blinds wiped

·All floors vacuumed and mopped

·Remaining trash and debris removed

·Built for landlords, inspections and new tenants

·2-Kleaner team, every visit
